Dave, my grandad, the craziest, funniest, most embarrassing man you’ll ever meet but one with a heart made of pure gold.

How can I write just 1 story, 1 memory of him. My entire life, 27 years I had the pleasure to have Dave as my grandad! From the days meeting him down George st, he’d see me and find the nearest bin to rummage through, purely to embarrass me. Taking him to Windsor and him spitting coke all over Molly, just to make us laugh. Us tellinghim we’re taking him on a day out, turn up and he’s suited and booted, only for us to take him fora day out in the New Forest, safe to say his suit wasnt clean or dry when we returned... I could go on but the best memory I will hold dear in my heart forever is the countless times you told me, Tammy & Molly how proud you were of us and how we are the best grandchildren! 

There are no words to describe how much I miss you. Countless times i’ve picked up the phone to call you, to talk to you, to cry to you and tell youhow much my heart hurts but this pain I feel is because you’re not here with us... 

I hope you have settled in up in heaven, I know you’ll be happy to see everyone, they are the lucky ones now to have you with them. I made you a promise to look after Tammy&Molly, which I will keep forever.
